Location privacy
RoadAssistNow may ask for permission to use device location to help set the pickup or service point. Users can also type an address manually.
Provider or driver location may be used during active jobs to show ETAs, route progress, dispatch status, and safety-related tracking.
Location information is used for active service, support, dispute review, fraud prevention, and legally required records. It is not sold.
Retention, choices, and deletion
RoadAssistNow keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and trip history, process payments and refunds, support users and providers, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and insurance obligations.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or account/privacy support by emailing support@roadassistnow.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, tax, fraud, safety, dispute, insurance, or legal reasons.
Device location permission can be managed in iOS Settings. Some features may not work correctly if location permission is disabled and no address is manually entered.
Security, children, and changes
RoadAssistNow uses technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
RoadAssistNow is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it where required.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as features, providers, legal requirements, or business operations change. The latest version is available at this page.
